PRESENTING COMPLAINTS …A male aged 41 yrs cane to me few months back with the complaints of chronic depression since 5 yrs , taken allopathy neuro related drugs with no relief , complaints of nonstop irrelevant talking ,insomnia , loathing of life ,                               PHYSICAL GENERAL .. SLEEP — INSOMNIA , sleep only 2 to 3 hours anytime , sleep especially in day time , Thermal – hot ,thirst – thirsty , sweat – profuse all over the body ,offensive ,doesn’t likes to bath ,lazy , urine – normal ,foamy , stool –normal ,but after every meal , appetite – normal ,but can’t tolerate hunger , desire warm foods , milk . PAST HISTORY — Bronchitis at the age of 14 yrs ,typhoid at the age of 35 yrs treated by homoeopathy , taken Ayurveda too for depression.
