History: Female patient, 32 years old, 155 cm, 50 kg came to our clinic with a urinary infection, pain in the lower abdomen, frequent urination, urgency, and dysuria. Upon diagnosis, her urine had a very dark yellow color. She felt irritable, couldn’t sleep at night as well. She had a slight fever and felt very hot and felt thirsty with her mouth dry. I did abdominal palpation and the lower abdomen was tense. I did the tongue analysis and it was red with a thick white coating. Pulse is skipping pulse 促脉.
