Developed in China, this procedure involves penetrating particular areas of the body to ease the pain. The concept behind the ayurvedic method is that piercing specific areas helps to balance the energy along the 14 meridians of the body. I have used classic Acupuncture points as developed by Master Tung.

By inserting needles at right meridian, endorphins levels—the “feel-good chemicals” are increased. Researchers have confirmed that the molecules in the blood, after the therapy shows high levels of beta-endorphin.
Summary and outcome
Acupuncture plays an important role in headache therapy with few side effects. Traditional Chinese acupuncture therapy focuses more on prevention than treatment of illnesses. Acupuncture works on the Yin and Yang theory, where the two opposing forces interact with each other to regulate the flow of “vital energy,” also known as Qi.
