Science and Research

One of Pho’s highlighted ingredients is the jalapeno peppers, which induce its exciting spice! One of the chemical components in peppers, mainly Capsaicin, has been found to help your body to burn more calories and selectively destroy nerve fibers that transmit information from your gut to your brain. Research has found that your metabolism can also be increased to 5% and fat burning can increase by 16%. Definitely a technique for someone embarking on a weight loss journey!
