Our concept behind the Migraine treatment by AyurvedaÂ
It is the result of chronic inflammation due to imbalance in acid alkali and poor formation of rasa dhatu. Rasa dhatu is first nutritive component of food that gives nourishment and strength to other supportive components of body. Rasa is responsible for the tolerance towards heat, cold, anger and fear.In migraine, these are the trigger points. It is like going on to sun metaphorically. In some cases, exposure to cold, late night sleep (cause of indigestion) or consuming sour, spicy, heavy fried food stuff can accelerate migraine triggers.
Â
If rasa dhatu is well formed and balanced, then the whole system will work in harmony.Â
That is why the main focus of the treatment is to improve diet and lifestyle patron. If we take a balanced diet at proper time and in the right combination then metabolism will be good and produce healthy component to nourish the whole body.Â
We advise to avoid tea, coffee reheated, fried sour and refined food as these food items cause disturbance in the digestive system.Â
