Cracked wheat has magnesium that helps control glucose into the bloodstream and help diabetics to be less dependent on insulin.
Cracked Wheat – 1 cup
Rice Brown – 1/2 cup
Lentil Urad – 3 spoons
Seeds, Fenugreek – 3 teaspoons
Salt to taste
Soak fenugreek seeds with rice and dal for 4 hours and then grind it into a mixture. Transfer the mixture in a container and let it sit for 10 hours.
Heat the flat frying pan, put olive oil and scoop out the mixture and spread as like a pancake. Flip the side and cook thoroughly. You can eat with coriander chutney.
