It's been interesting noticing my change in mindset since starting 21 Days of Gentle Nutrition...
As someone who previously hated salads, most fruits/veges & being active (wow lol) it's almost like I'm a different person.
If I feel like eating, I eat. But I choose the best option. If I feel like running or dancing, then I do it. With no expectations. If I do it for 5 mins or 30 mins - I don't care.
At the start of this week I had a cold coming on. My nose was dripping like crazy and I was sneezing all over the place. That's usually me out for 2-3 weeks with a head cold gone chest cold. Seriously, every time!
But after 3 days - it disappeared.
No doubt it's because I've been nourishing my body, rather than feeding it harmful foods and stressing out about what to eat.
Just like with the random running/dancing. It's because I have fun doing it (my dog especially!!). And it's not coming from a place of hating my body and trying to change it.
It's just fun.
So I've chosen 'nourish' as my guiding word for the next few months, until it becomes automatic.
Thank you again Michelle for opening my eyes to realising that this doesn't have to be hard <3
