Apple Chutney for a low calorie tangy dip

Useful for : Gout, high uric acid levels, Weight maintenance and for people with digestive problems.

This delicious dip is a good recipe for people who like a sweet and a tangy flavour but do not want to add on to too many calories. Apples are rich in fibre and give a good doze of vitamin and minerals too. Ginger helps in digestion. We have used jaggery rather than sugar as it releases glucose slowly as compared to Sugar. Other than that Jaggery has a lot of medicinal values too.
