About me
In order to find the Divine within we must attain self-discipline, self-awareness and consistency in our yoga practice, that require physical and mental preparations. Maa Shakti Yog opened its doors to share the knowledge about the ancient yet ever-changing traditions of yoga. Located in Rishikesh, a spiritual abode, our school welcomes students from all around the world who seek to connect with their true self while exploring the yogic path. We offer a 14 days introductory Iyengar Hatha course for beginner practitioners and 7 days intensive Hatha, Iyengar, Ashtanga/Vinyasa or Yin yoga course for those who aim to deepen their practice of choice. We also run 200, 300 and 500 hours multi-style teacher trainings covering the vast arrays of the practical and theoretical aspects of Yog. Upon successful completion our graduates are eligible for registration with Yoga Alliance as qualified yoga instructors.
