My name is Rachel Yacobozzi. I am a lover of life, health and amazing food. I believe that health is something that has become oversimplified when it fact, it is very simple. I specialize in teaching my clients ways to create change in their own lives through small changes in their health and lifestyle that will create long-term habits. We all have the answers inside of us; some of us just need a little push to do what's best & that is where I come in!
