About me
I am passionate about empowering individuals to take control of their health. My primary focus is to investigate the root causes of your health concerns and partner with you to provide individualized patient centered care using evidence-based medicine. Your healthcare should be as unique as you are!
As a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and your health advocate, I want to empower you with knowledge and provide you the tools and motivation needed to succeed. I have a clinical focus and passion in women's health, stress management, inflammation, nutrition and a love for magnesium. I know you have big goals and dreams and you deserve answers to your health questions.
I received my Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. I completed a 12-month clinical internship at The Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic as well as at Parkdale Queen West Community Health Center. I gained experience working with people from a wide range of backgrounds, cultures and socioeconomic status.
Prior to attaining my Naturopathic degree, I completed a Bachelor's of Science Honours Degree in Kinesiology and Psychology at York University. During this time, I also completed the Holistic Nutrition diploma as well as a 200-hour culinary nutrition program with honours.
When I am not working, I love spending time outdoors soaking up nature's healing qualities, reading and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
