Dr Seema Datta is a fully qualified Ayurvedic doctor and a gentle birth method practitioner. She has extensive experience of working with some for different health condition but recently has focussed on women in transition - Menarche, Motherhood and Menopause.
Since Dr Seema has got the degree in Ayurveda in 1995, she has helped more than 1000 women during birth and Postnatal. She has joined Gentle birth Method as independent Ayurvedic consultant in 2008 and had privilege to work very closely with Dr Gowri Motha- creator of gentle birth method and a great healer. While working with Dr Motha, Seema had learned Creative healing and now blends both treatments together to get better results in less time.
Seema understands that we need to learn everyday to help our clients in a better way. She has also learned NLP and Hypnotherapy as well as Amnanda process and Reiki(Spiritual healing which works on trauma- physical as well as psychological.)
Although Dr Seema is fortunate to be born in family of Ayurvedic pharmacists,running Ayurveda pharmacy since 3 generations - before going for BAMS, she had studied B.Sc (Zoology) and BMTech(Bachelor in Biomedical techniques). Coming from science background and born n brought up in Ayurveda environment has given her understanding of science of life a different level.
I believe in Womanhood and want women to win . To win - healthy body , mind and spirit are essential components - Ayurveda has it all !
