About me
I am an author and a trained consultant in wellness and traditional medicine. My background includes training in medicines and associated therapies of Acupuncture, Sowa Rigpa(Traditional Tibetan Medicine), Naturopathy, and Ayurveda. I have also trained with masters of Siddha Medicine, Feldenkreiss, and have studied Craniosacral therapy through the Upledger Institute. I am a visionary in integrative medicine through a paradigm of respect and humility in the face of the vast knowledge of indigenousmedicine. I am also a Chevalier of the Knights of Hope.
