Work one on one with me to focus and achieve your individual health and wellness goals.Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we'll explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.  Following this 6 week program you will have the option to upgrade to a more in depth, longer program.

Highlights

If you're looking for a jump-start to feeling great, these six, 45-minute sessions will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. You'll also receive a free initial consultation session. This program includes an initial goal setting session, handouts and some fun giveaways to jump start your journey! I will give you a few tips on some healthy swaps so you can start incorporating new foods and habits right away. Together we can make concrete improvements to your habits and learn how to manage/prevent chronic illness. You'll receive meal recipes, email or text support between sessions, personalized support and accountability each week.
