As a pastoral counselor Dr. Angela Chester has a deep passion for showing others how to overcome circumstances and obstacles in their lives, while teaching how to plan, and reach solutions to those issues many would think impossible.
A native Virginian, Dr. Chester is a professional speaker, cancer survivor, certified natural health consultant, wife, mother, and author.She has built a career spanning more than 20 years and thousands of people counseled. Dr. Chester has also served as an associate pastor, and has built a reputation as a thought leader on issues related to motivation and Christian entrepreneurial empowerment.
Frequently quoted by The Long Beach Leader, Madame Noire, The LA Times and other publications, in addition to holding numerous public speaking engagements throughout the year, Dr. Chester currently serves on the advisory boards of National InterFaith Council and is a member of the International Society for Mental Health, and the International Women's Leadership Association. She graduated from Trinity Institute and Trinity Evangelical University with degrees in pastoral counseling and divinity.
She is the author of numerous books, including the best selling Before You Tie the Knot - A Premarital Counseling Workbook for the D.I.Y Couple. She is also a radio host for I Do Radio and Modern Living with Dr. Angela programs.
Dr. Chester's amazing success is found in her core message: God has given us a hope, and a future; to live our lives in abundance and love.
