How This Helps

My Lunch Favorite Dish:

I highly recommend this for lunch or dinner 🙂

2 large collard Green leaves (that is a dinner plate under it 🙂 )

little bit of vegan mayo on leaves

sliced Avocado

sliced cucumber

onion & tomato

nutritional yeast

ground flax seeds

garlic powder (or fresh)

cyan pepper, pepper, sea salt & cumin powder

Chopped date pieces

a small drizzle of olive oil.

Roll it up and enjoy, it was awesome
