Marketplace Fee Policy
Last Updated: January 25, 2026
This Marketplace Fee Policy (“Policy”) outlines the commission fees applied to digital offerings sold by Coaches through the NourishDoc platform (the “Platform”), specifically Guided Experiences and Wellness Certifications. This Policy is incorporated into the Digital Products Terms and Conditions for Coaches, Coach Terms and Conditions and the general Terms of Use.
By listing or offering any digital product or service for sale on the Platform, you agree to the fee structure set forth below.
1. Platform Service Fees by Offering Type
NourishDoc retains a platform service fee calculated as a percentage of Net Receipts for each completed transaction on the Platform. Net Receipts are the amounts actually received by NourishDoc after deduction of required third-party fees, such as payment processing, mobile app store fees such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store, currency conversion, transfer fees, affiliate commissions (if applicable), and applicable taxes. The platform service fee varies by the type of Guided Experience or Wellness Certification offered:
Product or Service Type | Description | Platform Service Fee (Retained by NourishDoc) |
Guided Experiences | Facilitated group-based wellness offerings that may be live, pre-recorded, or a combination of both, including workshops, bootcamps, masterclasses, and similar guided sessions. Guided Experiences do not include one-on-one coaching, consultations, or therapeutic services. | 25% of Net Receipts |
Wellness Certifications | Structured educational or training programs offered by qualified Coaches that are designed to provide a certificate of completion or certification in a wellness-related discipline. Wellness Certifications are informational and educational in nature and do not constitute professional licensure. | 25% of Net Receipts |
2. Wellness Certifications – Important Disclosures
Wellness Certifications offered through the Platform are educational and informational in nature only. Completion of a Wellness Certification does not grant or imply any professional license, accreditation, or authorization to practice medicine, therapy, counseling, nutrition, psychology, or any other regulated healthcare or clinical profession.
Wellness Certifications do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapeutic services, and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or healthcare services. Participants are encouraged to seek advice from qualified and licensed healthcare professionals regarding any medical or health-related concerns.
NourishDoc does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that any Wellness Certification satisfies the requirements for licensure, continuing education credits, or professional recognition by any regulatory authority, professional board, or governmental body.
3. Policy Updates
NourishDoc reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email and will take effect upon posting unless otherwise stated.
