The NourishDoc community is first and foremost, educational and centered around wellness skill-building. NourishDoc defines our spirit as educational, instructional, engaging and demonstrative, and we reserve the right to remove any content posted to the platform that we deem to be in opposition to this stated intention. The goal of our community is knowledge expansion in holistic wellness and personal development, and we get there by guiding our users to flex their creative and analytical muscles, engage in genuine interactions with the community and have a safe space to share their work.

While we’re devoted to maintaining an open-platform, we also want NourishDoc to be a destination for learners and wellness seekers. For this reason, content published to the platform is moderated daily for length, teachability, subject matter, minimum education quality and applicability. These rules can be found under our Content Guidelines.

Our Content and Community Guidelines provide a non-exhaustive list of content prohibited on NourishDoc. Content not explicitly mentioned in our guidelines does not indicate that it is allowed on the platform nor does reporting content guarantee its removal, only that it will be reviewed for policy violations by our team.

Community Guidelines

Our coaches and users — the community — are the pulse of NourishDoc. The following guidelines are here to help you understand what it means to be a member of NourishDoc both on and off the platform, whether you’re interacting with each other or members of our team. Failure to abide by these guidelines may result in strikes recorded to your NourishDoc account, removal of content, or account deletion.

There’s a real person behind each NourishDoc profile and support email. NourishDoc is not a venue for you to harass, abuse, bully, or intimidate others. Do not use public community spaces such as discussions to dispute transactions, provide site-related feedback, or report technical issues. Instead, contact our Support team at [email protected] for assistance with these issues, and we’ll help you out right away.

The following rules apply to every user. By agreeing to our Terms of Service, you also agree to these rules.

The following is prohibited in any area of the site:

Harassment, Hate Speech, and Explicit or Illegal Content

• Uploading content that is inappropriate, offensive, hateful, contains objectionable language, or that promotes stereotypes of individuals or groups based on race, gender, religion, age, nationality, political affiliation or sexual orientation
• Uploading explicit or violent content
• Uploading content that makes reference to weapons, as well as activities that can be considered dangerous or that have the potential to lead to physical harm
• Promoting an illegal activity
• Posting disrespectfully or repetitively in discussions, comments, reviews, or on digital product pages

Suicide, Self-Harm, or Self-Injury Content

Uploading content or communicating with our teams in a manner that promotes, threatens, or glorifies suicide, self-harm, or self-injury could lead to but is not limited to the following actions:

• Removal of content, deactivation or deletion of account
• When we receive reports that someone is threatening suicide or self-harm, we may take a number of steps to help, including providing the at-risk person with contact information for trained crisis counselors
• We will contact emergency services if we identify someone is at immediate risk of harming themselves

Privacy & Ownership

• Revealing personal or identifying information about another user
• Downloading content from NourishDoc and posting it elsewhere
• Uploading content that you did not create, this includes Master Resale Rights purchased content

Fraudulent Activity

• Uploading content that promotes dubious business schemes or promises a specific outcome to users
• Impersonating a coach from another platform
• Engaging in fraudulent or misleading referral or review activity (including but not limited to: using multiple identities, email addresses or NourishDoc accounts, providing false or misleading information, or attempting to “game” the trending algorithm)
• Manipulating metrics surrounding engagement (manipulating or faking referrals or engagement metrics)

Scope of Platform Services

NourishDoc does not facilitate one-on-one consultations or individualized health advice. All content and interactions on the platform are educational in nature and designed for group learning environments, including Programs, Guided Experiences (such as workshops, bootcamps, masterclasses, and events), and Wellness Certifications.

Users and Coaches are prohibited from:

• Soliciting or offering one-on-one consultations through the platform
• Using the platform to arrange private sessions or individualized advice outside of NourishDoc’s approved group formats
• Promoting or advertising individual consultation services via their profile, content, or community interactions

Self-Promotion

If the goal of your content or community participation is to gain engagement outside of NourishDoc, it is likely not aligned with the spirit of the platform. The following Guidelines apply to all users on all areas of the site:

• Any untargeted, unwanted, or repetitive content posted to community spaces (discussions, reviews, comments, or digital product pages) may be removed.
• If you are a coach, self-promotion (ex: mentioning other websites you coach on, mentioning your own website, asking for followers or subscribers on other platforms), should be limited to the intro and outro videos of your content only.
• Using your profile or any community space primarily as a proxy to other websites, services, or competitors is not tolerated.

Posting in Community Spaces

In addition to following all Community Guidelines, all posts, comments, and reviews are subject to the following rules in order to keep conversations helpful and welcoming to all members of NourishDoc:

• Don’t spam or post repetitive content.
• Keep criticism constructive and respectful.
• Keep the conversation on topic.
• Avoid asking questions for the NourishDoc team relating to payments, feedback, or technical issues. Please email [email protected] if you need assistance in these areas.
• Avoid promoting your own content.
