What is NourishDoc? NourishDoc is a wellness marketplace and education platform designed specifically for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and midlife. We connect you with trusted independent wellness experts, coaches, and evidence-based programs covering sleep, nutrition, fitness, mental wellbeing, hormone health, and more. Think of us as your curated wellness destination—we help you discover the right experts, programs, and community support for your unique midlife wellness journey. NourishDoc provides educational and informational content only and facilitates connections with coaches who offer guided experiences, but we do not offer one-on-one (1:1) consultations of any type and are not a medical provider offering medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Who is this for? NourishDoc is designed for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, or postmenopause, offering flexible, science-backed support that adapts as your symptoms and needs change — helping you feel balanced, strong, and in control. (Available in the U.S., Canada, and India.)
What can I expect from group coaching? Group coaching brings women together for motivation, accountability, and shared wisdom — guided by expert coaches who help you harness collective strength to reach your goals faster, ease symptoms, and feel supported through every stage of menopause.
What makes NourishDoc’s coaching different? NourishDoc combines expert human coaching with data-driven insights, giving you personalized care that evolves with your real-time progress — powered by globally vetted wellness experts who specialize in women’s health and menopause.
Account & Access
How do I create an account? Getting started with NourishDoc is easy! First, subscribe on our website and complete your payment. You’ll receive your login credentials (username and password) via email. Next, download the NourishDoc app from the App Store or Google Play, and log in with the credentials we sent you. Once you’re in, feel free to change your password to something memorable. Finally, complete our onboarding quiz so we can tailor your wellness experience to your unique needs and goals.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it? On the login screen, click “Forgot Password.” Enter your email address, and we’ll send you a password reset link. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.
Can I use my account on multiple devices? Yes! You can access your NourishDoc account on multiple devices. Simply log in with your credentials on any device. Your progress, programs, and preferences will sync automatically.
How do I update my profile information? Go to Settings > Profile in the app or your account dashboard on the website. You can update your name, email, password, and wellness preferences at any time.
How do I delete my account? To delete your account, please contact our care team at [email protected]. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. For more details about data deletion and your rights, please see our Privacy Policy.
Billing & Payments
What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and process payments through secure third-party payment processors like Stripe.
How much does NourishDoc cost? We offer monthly membership options with prices based on your needs and preferences. Many of our videos are free, and workshops come with a low monthly membership. Visit our website for current pricing.
When will I be charged? You’ll be charged immediately upon subscribing. For subscription renewals, you’ll be charged on the same date each billing period until you cancel.
How do I cancel my subscription? To cancel your subscription, please contact our care team at [email protected].
What is your refund policy? Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access to content upon purchase, specific refund terms apply. Digital products cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense once accessed. I was charged but didn’t authorize it. What should I do? Contact our care team at [email protected] immediately with your transaction details. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Can I change my subscription plan? Yes! To change your plan, please contact our care team at [email protected] and they’ll help you upgrade or downgrade your membership.

How do I access my purchased programs? After purchase, your programs appear in your Dashboard under “My Programs.” You can access them anytime through the app or website. For membership subscriptions, you’ll have access to content as long as your subscription is active.
Can I pause a program and resume it later? Yes! You can pause most programs and pick up where you left off. Your progress is automatically saved.
How long do I have access to digital products I purchase? Access duration varies by product type. Membership subscriptions provide access to content while your subscription is active. Can I download program materials? Select resources like PDFs, meal plans, and worksheets may be available for download. Video content and interactive features typically require streaming. Specific download permissions and usage rights are outlined in our digital products terms.

Are you HIPAA-compliant? We are a wellness marketplace and education platform designed to help women discover trusted experts, testing companies, and wellness products. We connect people—we don’t provide medical care, diagnose conditions, or store medical records. Because of this, we’re not a “covered entity” or “business associate” under HIPAA. We do not collect or store Protected Health Information (PHI).
Do you share my information with coaches or other users? When you use our platform, certain information may be shared to facilitate connections:
Coach Profiles: Coaches’ profile information (including name, photo, quotes, videos, ratings, and professional details) is visible to users
User Communications: When you communicate with a Coach or other users using audio, video, or chat features, your name and photo are displayed to them
Your Choice: You may choose to share additional personal information directly with coaches or other users during your interactions
If you share personal details, test results, or medical history with an expert or testing company, that information is exchanged directly between you and them. We do not access, manage, or store that data.
How do you use third-party services? We seek to involve as few third-party service providers as possible when processing your data. We use certain third-party platforms (such as Zoom, YouTube, Stripe, and others) to deliver our services. Can I download my personal data? Yes! You have the right to request a copy of your personal data. Contact our support team to initiate a data export request.
How do I opt out of marketing emails? Click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email, or adjust your communication preferences in Settings > Notifications.
What if I access NourishDoc through an employer or sponsor? If you access NourishDoc using a sponsor referral code from an employer or other sponsoring organization, we limit the personal information we share with the sponsor. Coach & Expert Support
How do I connect with a coach? You can connect with coaches through the platform to participate in their guided experiences including workshops, bootcamps, master classes, and live events, though we do not offer one-on-one (1:1) consultations. Message professionals if you need more information.
What credentials do your coaches have? Coaches and experts on our platform are independent providers with various professional certifications and specializations in integrative medicine, functional medicine, diet and nutrition, yoga, holistic wellness, and women’s health. Each provider is responsible for maintaining their own credentials and professional standards.
How quickly will I get a response from my coach? Response times vary by coach and their individual practice. Contact coaches directly through the platform to understand their availability and response times.
What information will coaches see about me? When you communicate with a coach using audio, video, or chat features, your name and photo are displayed to them. You may choose to share additional personal information during your interactions. Remember, coaches are independent providers, and any information you share with them is subject to their own privacy practices.
What if I’m not a good match with a coach? Since coaches are independent providers, you’re welcome to explore different coaches on the platform to find the best match for your needs. Browse coach profiles to review their specializations, approach, and other users’ feedback.
Community & Events
How do I join the NourishDoc community? Membership gives you access to our community features through the app’s Community tab. Connect with other women on similar wellness journeys and participate in group classes with friends, family, and colleagues.
Are there live events or webinars? Yes! We host regular live group classes, workshops, and coaching sessions with experts. Check the calendar in the app for upcoming sessions on topics including sleep, diet, mental wellbeing, and physical wellness.
How do I sign up for an event? Click on any event and select “Register” or “Add to Calendar.” You’ll receive reminders before the event starts.
Are community events recorded? Many live events may be recorded and made available to members. Check individual event details for recording availability.

Technical Support
The app won’t load. What should I do? First, check your internet connection. Then try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, ensure you’re using the latest app version. You can also try restarting your device.
I’m having trouble playing videos. Check your internet connection speed. If buffering persists, try clearing your app cache in Settings > Storage or your browser cache. Videos may link to third-party platforms like YouTube, which have their own technical requirements.
The app keeps crashing. Ensure you’re running the latest version of the app. If crashes continue, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Make sure your device’s operating system is up to date.
Which devices and operating systems do you support? NourishDoc works on iOS devices (available on the App Store), Android devices (available on Google Play), and modern web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). For the best experience, we recommend keeping your device and app updated.
Does NourishDoc use cookies? Yes. We use cookies to give you the best experience on our website.
