A client who had chronic Psoriasis problem for 10 years came to our clinic for consultation.
We created a complete plan for 30 days that included Ayurveda herbs, lifestyle modification, ayurveda treatments. Here is the plan we suggested go the client:
Ayurvedic Herbs like-Bakuchi (Psoralea corylifolia), Mulethi (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Giloy (Tinosporacordifolia), Neem (Azadirachta indica), Manjistha (Rubia cordifolia) were given via veggie capsules, keeping the client’s ayurvedic body-type along with the imbalanced.
Lifestyle modification and diet adjustment were followed.
Specific yoga and breathing exercises were recommended to practice at home for supporting emotional and physiological health.
Panchkarma Detox was performed over the periods of 14 days, for complete purification of the body and to eliminate toxins from every single cell of the body.

Plan is to do follow-up consultations every 30 days and continue with the natural Ayurvedic treatment for further 3 to 4 months till the satisfactory results are achieved.
How Vamana treatment for Psoriasis can be beneficial
Psoriasis is a common yet chronic skin disease that accelerates the life cycle of skin cells and causes a buildup of cells on the skin. They form scales and red patches, which are itchy, irritating, and painful. Psoriasis is thought to be an immune system problem where overactive T cells attack healthy skin cells by mistake.
So, what do you do to treat psoriasis? Pop a medicine or two? Well, there might be a way with zero side effects. And, it’s none other than Vamana treatment.
Vamana Treatment for Psoriasis in Ayurveda

A research conducted by Ayurvedic professionals to assess the effect of Vamana treatment for Psoriasis concluded that initially doing Vamana Karma to eliminate Kapha Dosha, followed by Snehapana showed moderate to complete improvement in treating Psoriasis. 15.38% of patients were completely cured in Group A, followed by 46.15% patients who showed marked improvement.
