Summary
Ayurvedic therapy is very effective in the management of urinary calculi with only oral medications. Even when the size of the stone (11 mm) was a complete indication for surgery, this particular case was managed completely by oral medications of Ayurveda with strict lifestyle changes. Another feather on the cap was, there was a repeat USG done in August 2018 just for the confirmation of whether the calculi was gone and it showed- Absolutely no evidence of calculi.
