A 32-year-old client came to me as he was recovering from a lot of injuries. So, these were the list of injuries which made his life miserable !! Anterior labrum tear L4-l5, l5-s1 bulge Varicose veins Ankle ligament tearNone happened in the gym, it was either during playing some sports or some accident! Couldn’t train between the time period May 2017-2018. He weighed 189 lbs and it was very difficult for him to start any rehab. He had one goal and that was to get out of these injuries and attain decent body fat percentage by the end of the year.A few years back he was the very first guy whom I trained when I started learning things. During this transformation challenge (TC6), I was approached by him again to train him. He is one of those guys who used to get injured even while breathing. But thankfully he kept his patience, followed the workout routine smartly and adhered to the diet 100%. I was very brutal and will always be lolLost a lot of body fat while successfully recovering from his endless injuries. I call him The Zakhmi Athlete
I started his rehabilitation in June 2018 with the below parameters:
Squats – barbellÂ
Deadlifts – barbell
Bench press – 5 kg dumbells (Worst form possible)
Meanwhile, TC 6 Started @SQUATS and he was at 180 lbs (left pic above).
Now by the end of TC 6, these were his performance parameters:
Squats – 121*2
Deadlifts – 142*2
Bench press – 91*2
Weight – 69.3 kgs
Well, injuries – they keep troubling!Â
But, rehab and weight training is bliss!
It helped him manage all his injuries.Â
So this is where he started his fitness journey!
This is how he looks after 12 weeks. The final condition will be a lot better when he will be in Bali.
