A 40 year old teacher came to our clinic with complaints of sore throat, hoarseness of sound, weakness and heaviness in the chest region for 1 month. Patient was apparently healthy before 10 days. She participated in the teacher’s training camp and she exposed herself to heavy chalk powder and harsh sun. She started sneezing and had a slight headache after she returned home. Next day, she developed a sore throat that was dry without expulsion of sputum. She would get a resonant sound during her cough. After she experienced severe cough, she developed pain on the chest region along with giddiness, hoarseness of voice and weakness all over her body. It was as though someone was pricking her all over the body.
