Shankha Vati 250mg with nimbu swaras every half hour till pain subside
In clinic I gave one tablet for chewing. It immediately relieved his abdomen pain from.severe to moderate. He had a relief from vomiting as well.
Diet advised: Lemon juice sweetened with khanda sharkara
Next day peya only followed by manda, yavagu, cooked rice and kalpana. Patient came for follow up with full recovery from the above symptoms. I suggested CT scan to assess the condition of the pancreas.
