Patient consulted me for facial acne vulgaris. Her face was oily and displayed many skin eruptions on her forehead, chin, and cheeks. Her periods were irregular, often late, and there was a clear indication of hormonal imbalance. She feels very sensitive around her periods and ovulation time. After her first pregnancy, the skin started to change and the acne appeared. Her nature is very sensitive and she cries easily. Patient is unable to tolerate any heat or heated rooms. With heat, she experiences vertigo.
