History:36 year old female came to our clinic with complaint of right side numbness from head to right arm. She got acute attacks of high blood pressure 160/ 110 mm hg. She had checked in the hospital and had history of profuse sweating, dizziness, severe headache, right side numbness. She was rushed to the hospital and got first aid treatment with bronchodilator injection and amlong 5 mg 1 tablet to reduce her blood pressure. She was ruled out in her ECG of sinus tachycardia. She had 136 beats heart rate with complaints with new symptoms of heartburn.I checked out blood pressure 160/ 110 mm of hg with no change.PHYSICAL GENERAL:Sleep – insomnia, thirst -. Reduced thirst reduced, Loss in Appetite, Tired, Normal urine frequent bowel movement and little difficult to pass, thermal – chilly, menarche. Menstruation Period: 13 years, regular, bright red with abdominal pain and leg cramps during menstruation period. MIND:Anxious, Irritable, Quarrelsome, lazy disappointed by personal issues, religious, expects care and love always, anxiety of disease, dull and not intelligent. Other Characteristics:Obese, incoherent, loquacious, belief in superstitious things, did not go to school because of lack of concentration. She has problem to understand how to take medicine.When she told her husband that she was not well on Monday night to take her to the hospital he suggested to wait. She had fear to go alone to the hospital.
