History:A girl child of age 4 came to me with the diagnosis of Autism. HErt parents were very worried as the child was refused admission in Montessori school. Communication – absent, won’t recognize even others call by her name Past History: No relevant history; Only frequent episodes of cold Family History: Maternal grandfather died due to cancer lung while she was in her mother’s womb Personal history: Recognize colors, play in electronics gadgets, comfortable with her family members Pregnancy History: Her mother was depressed and frustrated by loss of property which was cheated by close friend, on her 5th month pregnancy. Her elder brother is a normal child, her mother can’t digest the bitter event still now.Delivery History: Normal delivery, birth weight 3.5 kg, born with one tooth erupted, a typical character of a syphilitic child.Mind: Irritable, restless, screams for everything, destructive mode, breaks the toys, can’t recognize the environment properly where she is. Feels strange with new members and new place, cries and hide beside her mother, wants always support of her mother.
Treatment History: I gave calc.carb 200 one dose with placebos for one month.
Reason for Selection: Irritable, restless,mother history of loss of property which made her depressed in pregnancy, so I took carbon group, calcarea I select since, chilly, thirstless, wants mother support, increased appetite, egg craving, delayed milestones and mental development reduced, sour sweat of back and head.
Follow-up Case History:
She started recognizing her name whoever calls her, learnt few words, reduce in irritability, started saying her urine and stool to her mother and passed in toilet. I gave only placebo for another month.
3 Months Later: I started Calc.carb 0/ 1 one dose in aqua to take once in a week. She started wheeze much than her mental symptoms got improved according to Hering Law of Cure, she was now under treatment, she was in l.k.g now started writing, learning, speaking and communication with others improved, she was now quite a good child.
