In
addition to Ayurvedic medication, the protocol calls for regulated diet along
with lifestyle modifications such as 8 hours of minimum sleep and minimum 30-60
minutes of exercise such as walk. Protocol also calls complete abstention from
alcohol intake and smoking. The trial was done on 206 patients for a period of
90 days. Positive outcomes such as no headaches were observed after completion
of the program.
