Instructions
Preparation for Spinach Omelet with Kefir:
Combine the spinach with kefir in
a food processor. Mix well for about 20-30 seconds, until smooth mixture.
Heat up the olive oil in a large
skillet, over a medium temperature. Pour in the spinach mixture and reduce the
heat to minimum. Cook for about 10 minutes and then increase the heat to
maximum. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes and add eggs. Season with some salt and fry
until whites are completely set. Gently remove from the skillet and serve with
a glass of kefir.

Microorganisms that can be found in these grains include lactic acid bacteria, L. lactis subsp. Lactis, S. Thermophilus, Lactobacilli, L. delbrueckii subsp. Bulgaricus, L. Helveticus, L. casei subsp. Pseudoplantarum, L. Brevis; Yeasts – K. marxianus var. Lactis, S. Cerevisiae, C. Inconspicua. They are the reason kefir is such a splendorous drink. These microorganisms have been shown to inhibit both salmonella and E. Coli. But that’s not even close to what this drink has to offer! Among other things, kefir has a great antibiotic and antifungal properties.
