Are  you  planning  to  have  a  salad  dish  for  dinner?  I  mean,  are  you  thinking  that  it  is something  that  is  next  to  impossible?  Well,  I  had  the same  feeling  till  a  friend  of  mine revealed the secret to make the thing possible. You won’t believe how easy my life have been since I discovered the little trick to make it happen and now, my fridge is always stuffed with ingredients that can help me to have great salads for dinner. No matter how tired I am, it isn’t difficult to make this quick and easy salad for dinner. Sometimes I become too enthusiastic and use all the leftovers available and pile them up over the lettuce and they are awesomely delicious!Tofu will be the protein booster  and  at the same time make you feel satisfied at the end.

Instructions

Step by Step instruction for Tofu Salad:
Step 1: Heat  one  tablespoon  tamari  in  a  non­stick  pan  and  then  place  the  tofu  in  it.  Pour  another tablespoon of tamari over the tofu and let it cook on low flame. You will have to flip over the tofu as soon as the bottom side becomes crisp.
Step 2: Put the chopped vegetables in a mixing bowl and toss to mix them.
Step 3: Now, heat water in a pot and cook the noodles in it. As soon as the noodles become tender, drain off excess water and rinse with cold water. 
Step 4: Place the cooked tofu and noodles on top of the mixed salad and keep aside.
Step 5: Prepare the salad dressing by putting all ingredients in the blender and then pour the mixture over the salad just before serving.
There can be endless versions of salads (for dinner) and you just have to use your imagination to make them possible and tasty.

First is noodles, the second is tofu and the third is  great salad  dressing.  You  have  to  be  lenient  about  using  lots  of  leafy  green  vegetables along with fresh vegetables as they are going to provide the necessary fiber, vitamins as well as phytonutrients for a complete and healthy meal. After the green ingredients, I prefer using noodles (like the soba or rice noodles) that have been cooked and thoroughly rinsed in cold water. This will be the starchy part of the meal and provide energy for the brain, organs and muscles.

● 1⁄4 head of red leaf lettuce, chopped
● 1⁄4 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
● 1⁄4 cup cucumber, diced
● 1⁄4 cup yellow bell pepper, diced
Ingredients for tofu and noodle part:
● 2 tablespoons tamari
● 3 oz tofu
● 1 bundle of soba or rice noodles
Ingredients for making the salad dressing:
● 1⁄4 cup peanut butter
● 1 teaspoon sriracha
● 1⁄4 cup water
● 1 tablespoon tamari
