These Yummy patties are a good source of proteins. We have replaced potatoes with chickpeas to cut down on carbohydrates and increase the protein content. On adding Cottage cheese the biological value of proteins increase as combining a vegetarian source of protein with a milk product results in supplying complete proteins. As all the ingredients are already cooked, just a little grilling gives it crunchy flavour, perfect to eat.
