I have managed to eat the right way and lose four pounds
I've done many diets over my time but decided that for loosing weight this time, I would do it the right way and see a nutritionist. I found Lynda easy to talk to and loved how she asked what food I liked to eat and incorporated those into my plan. Not only do I enjoy eating the food that is in my plan, but I find them very easy to prepare. I'm not good at organizing myself at night as I always seem too tired at the end of the day, but what Lynda has given me to eat is so easy to prepare that I can get up at 5am and prepare my meals for the day and be at the gym by 5.45am. In my first 3 weeks with Lynda not only has it been a breeze with the meal plan and exercise, but I've also lost 2kg of fat!
