I found a doctor who knew how to interpret labs and treated symptoms. I optimized my thyroid and balanced my sex hormones. The advice I would give now: donâ€™t focus on the food. That causes more stress than anything else. Donâ€™t go down so many rabbit holes and make yourself worse. Donâ€™t restrict so much that you have only 10 foods you eat. Eat a wide variety of whole foods and get your thyroid (especially T3) and other hormones in check. I unfollowed all groups (I got a notification for this post), went for walks, got out in the sun. It was never about the food for me, it was about the hormones.
