Diet Modification:
Following my own process when I first removed all gluten I went from migraines daily to migraines a couple times a week.  That was immediate, it only took 1 or 2 weeks for the toxins to start leaving my body. If you don't remove things slowly, you can accidentally introduce the same toxins back into your diet.  This is due to the learning curve; take your time to learn what you are eating and learn about what you are removing as well.Â
I started baking my own breads from millet, buckwheat, chickpea, etc. it's stressful at first but once you know what's a safer option then you can choose the lesser of two evils when you are in a rush. When I slowly removed all meat, gluten, corn, soy, processed salt, sugar of all kind, and dairy my migraines were almost gone that I'd had everyday since childhood. Then I removed all hormone disrupting household products and the migraines were 100% gone plus all my other autoimmune immune problems ceased as well. When I'm not perfect and eat poisonous foods, use something poisonous, or breathe something bad I learned how to use intermittent fasting, stretches, massage, and chiropractic care I can perform on myself to get rid of them. This took my entire life to figure out plus daily research.
My advice:

Start a journal with dates and times: medication, drinks, foods, feminine hygiene products, lotions, pain or inflammation, brain fog, and anything out of the ordinary. Everything that we breathe, touch, and taste. Writing down what's happening during the day will help you find a pattern of when your problems improve or worsen. Start by picking 2 things to remove from your diet, if you read it on the label don't buy it, no matter what. It helps you get discipline, even if something costs a little more. Prices have dropped dramatically since I first started this journey. Have your family help by learning something new with you. If you are having a specific problem we can talk about it more privately if you want. I've been pretty good at pinpointing a person's most poisonous foods that should be removed first. Maybe adding a supplement every couple weeks could help with the changes or intermittent fasting that I swear by. Just let me know and I'd be happy to help further.
