Imagine sleeping soundly, feeling less stressed, and having mental clarity.

Why Should you join the program?

Sleep and mental health go hand in hand. The way you sleep plays a vital role in the maintenance and development of many psychological problems. In the same way, many of us are also familiar with ways that we lose sleep due to the stresses we face in our daily lives and how this affects us as we go about our days. This can be especially unfortunate as sleep can help combat many fallouts of several mental illnesses. The amount and quality of your sleep can heavily influence your outlook on life, your energy levels, sense of control over your emotions, and performance in day to day tasks.

Frequently asked questions

Functional Medicine is an evidence-based approach that focuses on identification of the root cause of an ailment. It doesn’t believe in suppressing the symptoms as is the case in Conventional medicine. Functional medicine asks why and how an illness occurs to help restore health. Functional medicine practitioners spend time listening to their patients in order to learn their histories and their genetic, lifestyle and environmental factors that could have in influence on their health.
