Rapid Transformational Therapy For Menopause

Table of Contents

Menopause is a significant transitional phase that all women go through. The onset of menopause brings about several changes in a woman’s body, which can be challenging to deal with. Hot flashes, mood swings, sleep disturbances, and vaginal dryness are some symptoms that menopausal women experience.

Fortunately, there are many treatments available to alleviate the symptoms of menopause, and one of the most effective therapies is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT).

RTT is a unique form of therapy that combines several therapeutic techniques, such as hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and psychotherapy. RTT reprograms the subconscious mind, which is responsible for our habits, beliefs, and behaviors.

During an RTT session, the therapist guides the patient into a hypnotic state, which allows them to access their subconscious mind. Through a series of questions and techniques, the therapist helps the patient identify and transform the root cause of their symptoms.

RTT can be incredibly beneficial for menopausal women as it can help alleviate the physical and emotional symptoms associated with menopause. Here are some ways in which RTT can help menopausal women:
Reducing Hot Flashes
Hot flashes are among the most common symptoms of menopause. During an RTT session, the therapist can identify the triggers that cause hot flashes and help the patient reprogram their subconscious mind to respond differently to these triggers.
Managing Mood Swings
Mood swings can be a challenging symptom to deal with during menopause. RTT can help identify the underlying emotional issues causing mood swings and help the patient reframe their beliefs and behaviors.
Improving Sleep
Sleep disturbances are a common symptom of menopause. RTT can help patients identify the root cause of their sleep problems and help them reprogram their subconscious mind to improve their sleep patterns.
Alleviating Vaginal Dryness
Vaginal dryness is a common symptom during menopause that can affect a woman’s sex life. RTT can help identify the emotional issues causing vaginal dryness and help patients reprogram their subconscious minds to improve their sexual health.

In summary, menopause can be a challenging phase in a woman’s life, but RTT can help alleviate the emotional and physical symptoms of menopause. If you are experiencing menopause symptoms, you must seek help from a qualified RTT practitioner who can guide you through transforming your subconscious mind.

Here we speak with Sally Garazzo, a hypnotherapist and a cognitive behavioral therapist, on her thoughts about Rapid Transformational Therapy.

NourishDoc: Hello, everyone. Well, we bring a completely different therapy today, Rapid Transformational Therapy. We will understand what it is and how it can help women 40 and above with their health concerns. So while I’m welcoming Sally, Sally is a hypnotherapist and a cognitive behavioral therapist. So she will lead us and educate us about this particular therapy. Welcome.

Hypnotherapist Sally: Hello. How are you doing lovely to be here.

What is Rapid Transformational Therapy?

NourishDoc: Well, I’m going to let you start with what is Rapid Transformational Therapy. That’s number one, and we are talking especially about women’s health; how can it help women, specifically forty and beyond, when they’re inching towards perimenopause and menopause? Let’s start with that, and then we can ask a few questions.

Hypnotherapist Sally: So, RTT stands for Rapid Transformational Therapy. It’s a brilliant therapy that combines the best bits of psycho Therapy, CBT, and NLP and does it under hypnosis. So it takes the client on an incredible journey, you know, back to their past. Sorry, I’m not feeling very well. I’ve just had a wave of nausea.

So it’s a one-to-one process, it’s very, very intense, and what normally happens is most of my clients who come to me are around age forty, they’re in their perimenopause, they’re experiencing much change, much inauthenticity in their lives, they’re struggling with low confidence, low mood, maybe relationship problems, maybe disordered eating, maybe anxiety.

So we get to the underlying cause, the root cause; what is the root cause? And because of the psychotherapy element, we’re looking at their childhood. So we’re looking at, you know, what happened to them? What were the negative messages that they received in their childhood that made them believe certain beliefs about themselves that made them, you know, have this low confidence?

What you find at menopause in midlife is that the estrogen is declining, and the progesterone is declining. So all of the negative messages that they’ve been holding onto for so many years comes to the surface, you know, you’ve been holding it all together for all three or 20s and 30s. Then all of a sudden, you know, bang, and this is what tends to that happen to me, and that happens to many of my clients when they, you know, finally come to me in my office.

What is RTT good for?

They have a terrible time with it; maybe HRT is not working. Often what happens is as well people come with driving anxiety. They’ve never had driving anxiety in their life, and all of a sudden, at menopause, this comes up. So, this sort of treatment, this rapid transformational therapy, can help somebody understand why they are the way they are.

Then we work with the subconscious mind, and we reprogram the subconscious mind. You know, using powerful language, metaphor, using, you know, very descriptive words, positive suggestion therapy. So it’s a very all I can say is a very effective treatment. I go into hypnosis as well when I’m with my client. It’s just such a beautiful experience, you know, when we’re together and on this journey helping them make sense of why they are the way they are.

NourishDoc: Okay, you said you also use cognitive behavioral therapy and hypnotherapy or psychotherapy, right? That’s what you’re calling. Correct?

Hypnotherapist Sally: So no, I do rapid transformational therapy, a combination of psychotherapy and CBT under hypnosis. So, this RTT method was developed by Marissa Peer, who is, you know, a celebrity therapist, she’s got her school now, and I train in her method. So that’s what I do. It reprograms the mind, which we often need to do to do things differently when we hit midlife.

We’ve got much stuff coming to be a lot of the time; we need to take care of ourselves and learn how to do that because of old, outdated programming. Women give so much to their children and careers, and they have very little left for themselves, so they’re learning a new way of being, which comes with some bumps in the road.

RTT Sessions, Ailments, Health Concerns

NourishDoc: So let’s discuss a typical session of this particular Rapid Transformational Therapy. How long is the session? Right? We want to understand that and what does it entail? Please give us more specifics because people want to understand they don’t understand what Rapid Transformational Therapy is. We want to understand what it entails and what kind of ailments or health concerns it can help with. That’s also very important.

Hypnotherapist Sally: So with things like anxiety and low confidence, it helps with disordered eating, it helps with insomnia, so these are all the things that come up at midlife. The session itself is between two and a half to three hours long. So it’s quite a long session. I pop the person into hypnosis, and then we go back, and we go back we do regression.

So we go back to scenes and memories in that person’s life, in that person’s childhood where they might have picked up a certain message about themselves that is causing them to tighten maybe, maybe hold onto much control, maybe not be able to switch off their thinking, maybe striving for perfectionism, maybe disrupted their relationship to food, to do with relationships, like why they can’t have a successful relationship.

So, it depends on how all these issues can be addressed, and during the regression, we get a huge amount of clarity as to why that person is the way they are. We look at what messages you received and how you perpetuate that today. How are you carrying that on today? Then we’d take scissors and cut them up the middle. So you understand, oh, that’s no wonder I am the way I am because all this happened to me.

Self-forgiveness Benefits

There’s much self-forgiveness involved; you know it’s about returning home and forgiving yourself for being the way you are. Forgiving yourself for the anxiety. Forgiving for the low mood or the not being able to sleep or the disordered eating or the drinking too much alcohol whatever it is or the weight gain, there’s much forgiveness, and then there’s a lot of, you know, untethering, as I said you know part of the session part of of the thing that we do is called That’s Not Me.

So under hypnosis, you recognize that’s not me anymore; I’m not that helpless child anymore. I was helpless as a child and had to create these coping mechanisms too. I had to think about myself in a certain way to get on, to adapt, to make peace with the adults around me, but now I’m an adult, I don’t need to do that anymore; I don’t need to bend over backward, I don’t need to change it, I don’t need to live in authentically, I don’t need to work myself to the bone, I don’t need to stress there’s just, there’s a lot to it, part of it is understanding Why, what is, say for example, with disordered eating, what is that giving you?

What’s the role, function, and purpose of this disordered eating, gambling, alcohol, or insomnia? So, anything that you have, even if it’s something you don’t want, your mind thinks you need it, your mind thinks you’re asking for it on some level, on some subconscious level, it thinks that you’re asking for it. So, we look at why, you know, why that’s there. Then we negotiate with it and so well look, you know we don’t, we don’t need it anymore; you’re not protecting me, you’re not preventing me from Doing what I want to do. You know, like I have the power now. So it’s a very empowering process.

What Clients Say After RTT Sessions

NourishDoc: Okay, so, what do your clients say after they’ve had a session? Like how do they feel? Can you describe that feeling from your client’s perspective? Do they need to do multiple sessions as one session? How can it, you know? What do they tell you?

Hypnotherapist Sally: So many times people tell me that they feel lighter, they feel much lighter, and they notice changes happening very automatically. So, that’s the thing with the rewiring process because my clients get a recording that they have to listen to for 30 days after the treatment, which rewires the neural pathways. They love listening to the recording; it helps them feel relaxed, so they feel relaxed, free, changed, and different.

Usually, it’s just one session, but people can have more if they want to work on other issues. So that’s how it works. It’s very thorough. I do a thorough consultation first, a 45-minute consultation. Then I do the RTT session for around two to three hours. They have WhatsApp support; we do WhatsApp support for 30 days. And we have two follow-up Zoom calls as well. So we make sure that the clients are getting what they need.

I’m a cheerleader; a big sister; a friend; a therapist; I’m there to help my client work through what they need to. But generally speaking, the change happened automatically without getting involved. That’s the power of the subconscious mind. That’s the power of repetition when you have something on repeat, like the recording.

NourishDoc: Okay. Well, this is a quick session that we bring daily to help people understand the power of integrative therapies. Today’s session has been on Rapid Transformational Therapy and how it can help women overcome anxiety, depression, and many other things. Anything else you’d like to add before I wrap up the session today?

Hypnotherapist Sally: I have some hypnosis recordings available on my website for menopausal symptoms and the general menopausal transition; they’re unique; there’s nothing like it on the market. It’s very specific for the menopause transition. I’ve got one for hot flashes, brain fog, and low libido. So they’re really good; people can get that more of a low-cost option.

NourishDoc: Oh, we would love that, and we are launching programs, many programs in the, in January, and these recordings, we can make it available for our members as well. So, we would like to do that. That is wonderful and amazing, and we will be in touch with you about making more of these resources available. Thank you. Thank you so much.

Hypnotherapist Sally: Thank you so much.
