HISTORYJust to share a treatment I did for acute stomach disorder. About 8 years ago I was vacationing in Hanoi (old settlement area) and I stayed in a small hotel that overlooked the main road. That night I was enjoying the ambience of the small lobby when the Front Office Manager staggered in, face pale and sweating. He told me he was unwell with acute stomach pain and distension. He had suffered from digestive issues for years and his doctor had warned him not to take rice wine. However it was his friend’s wedding and he did drink it.
THERAPY:
A quick scan found that a lot of stagnant qi and stomach heat had risen up to the chest and throat and there was bloatedness at the abdomen area.
Treatment consists of purging out the stagnant qi and energising the liver, stomach, spleen and Zhongwan RN12.
After 20 mins he fully recovered and color came back to his face.
This is another “casual” treatment.
