Chronic case of Parkinsonism since 25 yrs aged 75 yrs, tremors in both upper and Lower limb DTR +++plantar diminished. He was not on any conventional medication. ,
We did Non Invasive Brain Stimulation (NIBS) Acupuncture to help with his tremors. Post recovery, the patient had become stable with minimal tremors with stable vitals. I hope if it continues deep brain Stimulation which is very costly and risky will be replaced by Non Invasive Brain Stimulation which will sufficiently help the CVA post Stoke cases, paralysis spinal cord injury, paraplegia and quadriplegia cases and other similar cases with Neurodegenerative disease including the nervous system. it will play major role for the recovery of the patient.
