The patient had been suffering from chronic headache and neck pain for over 19 years.
7 acupuncture treatments had much resolved the pain. Then she had a poisonous spider bite in the middle of the night in bed. A black widow stung her left trapezius, causing severe chills, pain, swelling, and profuse sweating all through her body. Morphine and NSAID did not help at all.
