Client came to me on recommendation from his wife. He had prediabetes, high blood pressure and I was already been put on two blood pressure medications. He was also heavier than usual and I was having a hard time getting up from the couch. He was very reluctant to go on a diet.
I had to put him on nutrition and lifestyle modification plan that included changing his eating habits and including exercise in his routine. In one month of following the plan, his blood pressure dropped and MD removed the recommendation of the 2 meds. After 6 months of following the plan, client dropped 40 lbs and lowered my glucose values. The client follows the nutrition plan and exercise plan on daily basis and is healthy.
