Mrs. X 45 years old consulted me for the treatment of IDDM (Insulin-dependent diabatesMiletus). Blood augue (R)500.she was on insulin 5unit daily for five years. I gave Carcinosin 200/1dose only with placebo for one month
Follow up:
Within a week her blood sugar level came down to (R) 200 from 500. Insulin was withdrawn. She got strength stool clear. I kept her on placebo only. After two months her right eyesight much better than before. Now never thought to consult surgeon again. After 4 month her blood sugar came down to (R)140.
Now she is on a restricted diet only and no fluctuation in blood sugar.
