HISTORY:So yesterday i had a young guy, 30+ more or less…. entered the clinic , barely can walk, apparently he dropped a basket of potatoes or something like that, and when he tried to lift it, he did a wrong movement , and he couldn’t even straighten his back. Pain level were 10/10 .he came to me 7 hours after it happened, so from 1st inspection, the pain was on the right side – Lumbar area , on the Bladder channel , you could feel the muscle there very tense.
So as the hand images the lumbar spine, i used Master Tung points :Ling Gu, 22.03 , 22.06 and another point between the 3rd and 4th fingers on the same location, and 22.09 . in general Richard Tan showed these points in his class to treat Lumbar Pain with great effect.
So after these 5 points, the patient could stretch his back already, the pain reduced a lot. but was still there.
i added points on the Lung channel, and YNSA point for the lumbar area.
Pain reduced to 1-2. So this case is to get everyone to understand that we treat acute pain situations and not only chronic ones
