Specific Advice:
Pathya: Gargles with lukewarm water, avoiding allergic factors, light-fresh-warm food, soups, luke warm water, gentle body massage with til oil, practice of yoga- pranayam like activities, washing of eyes with triphala water, application of oil in nasal tract etc.
Apathya: Heavy food, fermented food, congestive food, too hot or too cold food, sour food, non-vegetarian food, sweets, banana, curd, yogurt, ice creams, deserts, cakes, yellow grams, etc. Avoid alcohol, late night food intake and cold beverages.
Outcome:
Combinations given at first time remain continued till last time in June 2016 when patient reported complete relief in her allergic condition. She got 100 % relief and was followed by a year’s medicine.
