A 45 year old female was diagnosed to have a 5mm stone in the gall bladder, which was adhered to the gall bladder wall. She was symptomatic, with episodes of vomitings, abdominal pain and loss of appetite.
Taking into consideration her symptoms, treatment was planned for 60 days, with single drug aimed to dissolve gall stone. Later on, Ultrasound scan was repeated which shows normal gall bladder with completely dissolved calculus. Patient was free from all the symptoms.
