The purpose of Male vitality or the Anti-Aging lifestyle regime consultation is to make you understand your natural tendencies, strengths, and weaknesses for your benefit and to inform you how to avoid the pitfalls by appropriating your lifestyle, including food, sleep, work habits, and the like. This course works equally well for female vitality, because it is not about male or female it's about "VITALITY".
Before we begin the program, we'll assess your digestion, sleep, strength, flexibility and libido each on the scale of 0 to 10, you can expect continuous progress every week, this is my promise to you!
You can expect to be more lively and full of vigor if you follow the instructions sincerely, you can expect vibrant skin, bright eyes, increased strength and flexibility, enhanced libido, increased sense of wellbeing etc.
This is an Online customised 4 week Anti-Aging / Male vitality lifestyle regime for self disciplined people, your results will be in direct proportion to your efforts.
The Male vitality/Anti-Aging lifestyle program
Week one, 60 minute Consultation, followed by 3 follow up sessions. You will receive written instructions as well. You will receive the Male vitality lifestyle regime customised instructions via Nourishdoc platform.
We recommend completing a 12 week online program. We will do a check after 4 week program to assess the progress and together we can determine if you should additional 4 week or 8 week programs.
Outline of the program from week 2- week 4 training session that would be 60 minutes.
Week 2 Program Outline:
1. Asanas (Yoga Postures) focus on the spinal column
2. Pranayama (Yogic Breathing) focus on the nervous system
3. Dhyana (Meditation) mastering your mind by breath regulation and training your mind to think thoughts that contribute to your health, happiness, and progress. This meditation will reduce your stress hormones, such as cortisol, and make you healthier.
4. Bandhas energy retaining locks
The detoxification and Rejuvenation (Shatkarmas- the six cleansing processes)
Week 3, The Anantasana and core strength building practices
Week 4, Balance improving and toning the nervous system practices
Outcome: You can expect to feel improvements in all aspects of your life.

How Male Vitality Lifestyle Anti-Aging works? In a nutshell
The Male vitality lifestyle module works by improving and fine-tuning various aspects of your lifestyle, for example, there is always room for improvement in all areas of your life, to name a few, you can always take measures to improve your sleep, once the sleep is improved the testosterone levels increase, improve your digestion, once the digestion is improved your cells, organs function correctly and your mitochondria produce more energy (Adenosine Triphosphate) for you.
Detoxification- waste elimination, once the waste elimination is improved, the toxicity load from your immune system is reduced, which means your immune system has more time and energy to fight infections. You can improve your blood circulation and benefit from it. You can improve your thinking through Meditation (Training your mind to think thoughts that contribute to your health, happiness, and progress), you can take measures to minimize stress in your life or at least you can learn to process it differently, you can always increase your strength, flexibility and balance through the Yoga Postures, you can calm your nerves by Pranayama (Yogic breathing).

We will identify your Body-Mind-Spirit constitution and teach you to create harmony between you and your external and internal environment to minimize the friction and increase your vital energy that is desperately needed by your immune system to fight the infections, regenerate your cells and organs. Example of internal friction: If you are a gentle, loving and caring person, you should be in the healing or teaching profession, that will be natural for you to heal and care for your clients, healing and caring will cause your energy to flow freely, but if you're working as an interrogation officer or a construction worker, your energy will become stagnant, and it can be detrimental for your health.
Your Body, Mind, and Spirit Constitution:
Once your body-mind-spirit constitution is established, we will create a customized regime for promoting harmony between you and your environment.
Appropriate your external and internal environment! Conserve your precious vital energy. The vital energy is a combination of physical energy, mental energy, and spiritual energy.
Body constitution: There are three body types Kapha type (Earth and Water Bulky), Pitta slender (Fire and Water Medium body) Vata ( Air and Space Skinny body) Once we know your Body type, we will learn how certain foods benefit you or harm you so you can avoid foods that are not agreeable with your body constitution. When you exhaust your physical energy, you feel tired and can not do physical work.
Mind constitution: Stable-Cool- Calm- The Earth and Water-type, Forceful- Sharp and Angry- Fire and Water-type, Creative, unstable, and indecisive the Air and Space type. When the mental energy is depleted, it's hard to focus the mind.
Spirit constitution: This comprises our natural tendencies towards art, science, commerce, etc. When spiritual energy is depleted by being in the wrong environment, you act against your own nature and deplete spiritual energy and begin to attract misfortune, poverty, sickness, and unhappiness, etc.
Cancellations are allowed 24 hour before the program. We cannot take any cancellation in the middle of the program. However if you wish to reschedule a session, we will accommodate.
