"We are what we eat" as basic as it sounds yet it is the fundamental principle of nature. In this personalized meal plan, we are going to identify your nutritional strengths and weaknesses and we are going to work out for the identified nutrition problems or weaknesses. You are unique in that your nutrition status is unique from the rest of your species. We'll see into your diet and medical history and we'll work out on this multifactorial domain of nutrition.
In this said program, we will be focusing on foods that will help lower down your uric acid levels, and of course, we are going to avoid the Pitfalls of Hyperuricemia (High Uric Acid levels). We will strengthen your system through an approved and scientific-based approach in Nutrition. We can do this online and offline. You are not alone. We are all in this together.
Cancellations are allowed 24 hours prior to the program schedule. We cannot do any cancellations during the program. However, we will accommodate any schedule changes.

Gout is a complex form of arthritis. It is a sudden severe attack of pain, swelling, redness of the joints, and often the joint at the base of the big toe. The affected joint is hot, swollen, and tender.
Gout symptoms may come and go but there are ways to manage symptoms and prevent flares such as diet and nutrition and medical treatments. If gout is untreated both with diet or medicine, it can lead to worsening pain and joint damage.
Gout is caused by urate crystals that accumulate in your joint, causing inflammation and intense pain of a gout attack. Your body produces uric acid when it breaks down purines.
Purines are also found in certain foods like organ meats, steak, bone marrow, broths, and bouillon and seafood among others. Other foods also trigger attacks and higher levels of uric acid such as alcoholic beverages especially beer, and drinks sweetened with fruit sugar (fructose).
Normally, uric acid dissolve in your blood and passes through your kidneys into your urine. But sometimes either your body produces too much uric acid or your kidneys excrete too little uric acid.
