More than 80 percent of their body's immunity is from the gut and most of us have hundreds of naturally occurring bacteria in our gut, explains Camilla Tromborg (Holistic health coach). Some of them are benign 'good' bacteria that help with digestion, while some aren't as benign 'bad' bacteria, which might contribute to causing ailments. Bacteria can impact your behavior and is frequently called our second brain. In case you have an unhealthy gut it can have a large effect on our overall health and especially the appearance of your skin, such as stains, inflammation, eczema and rosacea. The gut microbiome is that the bacteria within your intestines which influences your general health, especially your own skin.
