Ingredients
1 to 2 medium size pcs of boneless chicken, shredded.
Finely chopped vegetables like capsicum, redbell pepper, beans, leeks, onion, garlic 2 cloves, small pc of ginger.
1 beaten egg
Salt n pepper to taste.
Method
Boil chicken pcs with ginger n garlic.
On cooling, finely shred the chicken and add to the water in which the chicken was boiled.
Add all chopped vegetables.
Add salt n pepper to taste.
Pour beaten egg from top and stir side by side.
Serve hot.
