1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
12 to 15 blueberries
2 tbsp oats almonds crushed 5, raisins 4 to 6.


Soak chia seeds at night in almond milk.
In the morning, add oats, nuts n clean blueberries.
Voila! A complete, healthy breakfast is ready.
