Spinach Omelet with Kefir


Kefir is a drink with both – tart and refreshing flavor. This drink is similar to yogurt, but it contains some powerful yeast and probiotic bacteria.

0.5 : :  lbs: :  chopped spinach: : 

Preparation for Spinach Omelet with Kefir:

Combine the spinach with kefir in a food processor. Mix well for about 20-30 seconds, until smooth mixture.

Heat up the olive oil in a large skillet, over a medium temperature. Pour in the spinach mixture and reduce the heat to minimum. Cook for about 10 minutes and then increase the heat to maximum. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes and add eggs. Season with some salt and fry until whites are completely set. Gently remove from the skillet and serve with a glass of kefir.

These microorganisms have been shown to inhibit both salmonella and E. Coli. But that's not even close to what this drink has to offer!
